Shipping: Free Two Day Shipping

Returns:  Agalliasi follows a 14-day return policy from the customer's receipt of the merchandise. The customer should inform Himelhoch's Department Store that they wish to return an item (email to info@himelhochs.com). Himelhoch's will arrange for the return with Agalliasi. The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused. Himelhoch's will furnish the customer with a return label via email. To ensure that the item is returned undamaged, the customer must return the item using the protective packaging materials enclosed in the package received from Agalliasi.
