What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, undamaged items in their original condition within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To start a return, please email info@himelhochs.com with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Final Sale: Discounted items (price as marked) and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Each watch band is handcrafted to order by our independent artisan. Please allow approximately 4 business days for production before your order ships. Complimentary U.S. shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment. Expedited options are available at checkout. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
How do I choose the correct Apple Watch band size?
Your Apple Watch model and case size determine which band connectors you need. Please note that not all 42mm Apple Watches use the same connectors. The correct size depends on which Apple Watch series you own.
- Small: 38mm, 40mm, 41mm, and 42mm Apple Watch Series 10, 11, and 12.
- Large: Older 42mm Apple Watch models (Series 1, 2, and 3), plus 44mm, 45mm, and 46mm models.
- Ultra: 49mm Apple Watch Ultra models.
Important for 42mm Apple Watch owners: If you own a 42mm Apple Watch Series 10, 11, or 12, please select Small, not Large. Older 42mm Apple Watches (Series 1–3) require Large connectors. Although the case measurements are the same, these models belong to different connector-size groups.
Our Small and Large selections refer to the Apple Watch case connector size, not your wrist circumference. Wrist fit is a separate consideration.

How long has Himelhoch's been in business?
Himelhoch's was founded in 1876, when our great-grandfather began selling fashion goods from a pushcart in Michigan's Thumb. In 1907, the store moved to Detroit and became a well-known fashion destination for decades.
