Shipping, Returns & Refunds

 

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are shipped with signature required for your security.

  • USPS Priority (3–5 business days): $9
  • UPS Ground (3–4 business days): $13
  • UPS Next Day Air: $45

Orders are processed within 3–4 business days, as each piece is made to order. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

We are unable to ship to P.O., APO, or FPO boxes. Title and risk of loss pass to you once we deliver your order to the carrier.


Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Himelhoch’s accepts returns of unworn, undamaged, and unaltered items in their original condition within 30 days of the original delivery date.

  • To request a return, please email info@himelhochs.com with your order number.
  • Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Returns must be received within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a refund.

Final Sale: Gift cards, discounted merchandise (price as marked), and personalized/monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchanged.


Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Processing time is typically 1–2 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been completed.

  • If you purchased using a gift card, the refund will be applied back to your gift card.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@himelhochs.com within 14 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items will not be accepted after this 14-day window.
