Shipping
Himelhoch’s is an online-only retailer. We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are shipped with signature required for your security.
All Himelhoch’s watch bands and accessories are handcrafted to order by our independent artisan partner. Please allow approximately 4 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times reflect carrier transit time after your order has completed production. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Title to and risk of loss for items purchased pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns
We accept returns of unworn, undamaged, and unaltered items in their original condition within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- To request a return, please email info@himelhochs.com with your order number.
- Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
Final Sale: Discounted merchandise (price as marked), and personalized or monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Processing time is typically 1–2 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@himelhochs.com within 14 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this 14-day window cannot be accepted.
