The band was too wide to fit into the clasp . Unable to use it.

We are so terribly sorry this happened! Our artist has been making bands 24mm wider for 42-44-45-49mm Apple watch sizes. Our regular bands are 22mm in width. We recently discovered that the clasps he ordered for the wider bands are not working properly. We will replace your watch band with a new clasp. We will share the tracking number as soon as we ship.

I love my watch band ... I had a great experience and would purchase again. I emailed several questions to Carol and she was very kind and answered each one to where I was comfortable buying. I was concerned that the band might be too long, but I measure my Apple Watch band and it's the exact same length, however, I think next time I order I would ask for the band to be about 1" shorter with my 7.5" wrist. With the Apple Watch band, the end of the band tucks in and is hidden, where this is a traditional watch and is a bit long for my preference, but I'm choosing to keep it and wear it! The quality is amazing and is easy to put on yourself and it bends with your wrist. I chose silver hardware because I didn't want to add another color. I have the Starlight, 45mm, Series 8. If I know I'm going to be out sweating/working in the yard, I do switch back to my original band to keep this one looking nice.

My wife's watchband arrived and she LOVES it! It is crafted so masterfully and professionally that I am also impressed. Additionally, it shipped very very rapidly, so we only have great comments regarding this purchase. Whoever makes these should consider repurposing the LV materials into other items such as credit card holders...I would buy one for sure.

I have ordered three bands from this company… And they are the best! The craftsmanship is amazing and I love that these are all re-purposed.
