Returns & Exchanges: For exchanges, returns or questions about an order, email us at info@himelhochs.com. Please keep in mind that to be eligible for a refund or return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received; unaltered and in its original packaging with tags and bags.We offer refunds and exchanges for items within 20 days after being delivered. "Clearance" items with free shipping below the cost of $50 dollars are not returnable nor refundable. A $12 dollar handling fee applies for refund requests per item. The handling fee includes card processing fees, packaging, and restocking fees. Customers will cover the shipping cost to return an item.  Before processing a refund one of our team members will provide additional details to initiate the process.
