Shipping:

All items ship for $20 from Macedonia in 3-5 business days after production.

Returns:

The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days of the notification that the item will be returned. Bastet Noir will provide a return/refund label for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within 5 days of the item being received. Customers will contact info@himelhochs.com with any requests for return and the Himelhoch's coordinate the return for you.
