ClaudiaG Policies

Order processing time is 1-2 days. Delivery is between 3-4 days. Shipping is $6.95 for all orders under $167. Over $167, shipping is free. If you are purchasing from outside of the United States, our system will calculate shipping costs at checkout.

Returns: There is a 14-day return policy during which a the customer must inform Himelhoch's of the need to return the item (email info@himelhochs.com). The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days of the notification that the item will be returned. ClaudiaG will also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within 5 days of the item being received and customers email photos of the damaged item to info@himelhochs.com.
