Conquista Fashion Policies

Conquista Fashion ships free to Himelhoch's customers in the United States.

There is a 14-day return policy in which the customer must inform Himelhoch's of the intent to return the item (via email at info@himelhochs.com). The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days of the notification that the item will be returned. Conquista will also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 5 days of the item being received. Customers will contact Himelhoch's with any requests for return.
