Elia Policies

Elia ships free to Himelhoch's customers in the United States and Canada.

Elia follows a 14-day return policy during which the customer must inform Himelhoch's at info@himelhochs.com that they wish to return the item.. The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days of the notification that the item will be returned. Elia will also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 5 days of the item being received. Customers will contact Himelhoch's for assistance on returns.
