Fadcloset Policies

Fadcloset jackets are typically made-to-order and require 10-14 days for production. Delivery time will vary for each product anywhere from 3 to 15 business days. Fadcloset offers the following shipping options:

• Ground shipping to the United States is $12.95 or $39.95 for 2-day delivery.  The 2-day delivery is available for in-stock items only (not made to order merchandise).
• Shipping to Canada and Australia is $39.95 regular or $59.95 for expedited delivery.
• Shipping to Europe and the rest of the world is $69.95 regular or $89.95 expedited.

Fadcloset follows a 14-day return policy during which the customer must inform Himelhoch's at info@himelhochs.com that they wish to return the item. The customer will pay the cost of shipping the return. The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days of the notification that the item will be returned. We will also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 5 days of the item being received. Customers will contact Himelhoch's for assistance on returns.
