GUNAS New York Policies

Shipping:

Processing time for orders is 3-4 business days. Estimated delivery is 1-2 days to destinations in the United States and 3-9 days to Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

GUNAS charges $20 to ship to destinations in the United States, and $49 to ship worldwide.

Returns: 

There is a 14-day return policy from the date that your item was received. You must inform Himelhoch's at info@himelhochs.com that you would like to return the item. The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days of the notification that the item will be returned.

GUNAS New York will also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within 5 days of the item being received. The customer must provide photos of the damaged item to Himelhoch's via email to info@himelhochs.com. 

No overseas returns are accepted unless the goods are damaged. The customer must submit photo proof of damage via email to Himelhoch's at info@himelhochs.com.
