Shipping

Please allow 14 days for processing items that are not made-to-order.

If you choose 2-Business-Day, a $20 flat rate will be charged for all orders. If you choose Next Day, a $25 flat rate will be charged for all orders. If you choose Saturday delivery, a $35 flat rate will be charged for all orders. Shipments of orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshal Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Samoa and any P.O. boxes are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Economy, 2-Business-Day, Next Day, and Saturday delivery options are not available for these destinations. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery to these destinations.

Please note: orders greater than 30 units are not eligible for expedited shipping (2-Business-Day, Next Day or Saturday delivery). 

Shipping and Handling

Shipping Method: Pending order verification and credit approval, orders will arrive as specified below. Orders placed with Economy or Standard Ground shipping will ship within 1-5 business days and orders placed with an expedited shipping method will ship within 1 business day. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days.

Economy: arrives within 7-10 business days of shipping

Standard Ground: arrives within 5-7 business days of shipping: $8.00

2-Business Day: arrives within 2 business days if placed by 11 A.M. EST: $20.00

Next Day: arrives next business day if placed by 11 A.M. EST: $25.00

Saturday: Saturday delivery is not guaranteed to remote rural areas in the United States*
*To ensure prompt delivery, orders placed with the Saturday delivery option will be shipped via the Next Day option if placed outside of the hours specified above. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed to remote rural areas in the United States.

We are pleased to offer shipping to APO & FPO addresses. The delivery time for APO & FPO shipments may vary. On the Billing page of checkout enter APO or FPO in the “City” field and select one of the following three choices from the “State” pull-down menu – AA for Armed Forces of America, AE for Armed Forces Europe, AP for Armed Forces Pacific.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated according to the purchase value of your order. 
2-Business Day – $20
Next Day – $25
Saturday – $35
Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges.

We ship via the United States Postal Service when you choose the Economy delivery option. The United States Postal Service delivers packages Monday through Saturday.

We ship via FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground when you choose the Standard delivery option. FedEx Home Delivery delivers packages Tuesday through Saturday from 9 A.M. to 8 P.M. to residential addresses.

Orders sent by 2-Business-Day or Next Day shipping methods are delivered Monday through Friday from 8 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. We recommend choosing 2-Business-Day or Next Day delivery if you are shipping your package to a business address.

Orders placed with Saturday delivery will arrive Saturday if placed between 11:01 A.M. EST Thursday and 11:00 A.M. EST Friday. If an order is placed outside of these hours, it will be shipped via the Next Day delivery option. We do not recommend choosing Saturday delivery if you are placing your order outside of these hours.

You will be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important in the event the courier needs to arrange a delivery time with you. You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed.

Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.

We ship outside the United States via USPS Registered Mail. A tracking number will be sent to you.

Lavanya Coodly Return Policy

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your recent LavanyaCoodly.com order, we will gladly accept returns of items that are in new condition, with original tags attached. Return items must not be washed, worn or altered. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Your account will be credited for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise, less shipping fees if applicable and re-stocking fees, upon processing of the returned item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. A restocking fee of $20 wil be charged for all sales over $500 and $10 for all sales below $500.

Full-Price Merchandise:

The full amount will be credited to the original tender (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice.

  • The current selling price will be credited if returned after 30 days and accompanied by the original invoice. Merchandise that is older than 30 days from the original ship date cannot be accepted.

Sale-Price Merchandise:

  • The full amount will be credited to the original tender (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within 10 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice.

Certain sale products are not eligible for return or credit.

Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.

Personalized Items (e.g., Made to Order) cannot be returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGES

Making an Exchange

Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of order receipt for merchandise purchased at sale price.

Specify the exchange item and the new color or size on the return/exchange form. Include the form in your return package. US CUSTOMERS: Simply affix the postage-paid return label to your package and drop it in the mail, and we’ll send your new item free of shipping charges. NON-US CUSTOMERS: You are required to send your exchange item via a reliable Courier along with a tracking number and pay the shipping cost. We’ll send your new item free of shipping charges.

All customers are required pay for overnight or 2 day delivery.

If you’re exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of LavanyaCoodly.com or because of a defective item, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. The replacement order will be sent via Standard Ground Delivery.

Returned items for exchange will be credited to the original form of payment and a new order will be placed for replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.

Personalized Items (e.g., Made to Order) cannot be returned or exchanged.

For exchanges, simply return your item and repurchase it. A credit for standard ground shipping can be provided upon shipment of your new. Simply contact info@himelhochs.com to make arrangements with us.

Changes to Orders

Because your order is processed as quickly as possible, there is a limited period of time before your order is fully processed that you will be able to cancel your order.
