Revalu Policies

We charge $14 to ship to the United States. It takes 7-20 days for your order to arrive from Russia.

Revalu follows a 14-day return policy from the customer's receipt of the merchandise. The customer should inform Himelhoch's Department Store that they wish to return an item (email to info@himelhochs.com). Himelhoch's will arrange for the return with Revalu. The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused. Himelhoch's will furnish the customer with a return label via email. To ensure that the item is returned undamaged, the customer must return the item using the protective packaging materials enclosed in the package received from Revalu.
