Delivery Time
US orders – In stock orders are processed within 5-7 business days. The lead time for custom or made-to-order items is provided in the product description.
International orders - In-stock orders are processed within 10-15 business days and may be subject to additional transit time and customs clearance delays. The lead time for custom or made-to-order items is provided in the product description.
As soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. Please contact info@himelhochs.com if you have any questions or concerns about your order.

US orders – Free domestic shipping on Himelhoch’s fulfilled items.
Some Himelhoch’s Fashion Partners charge shipping for orders that they fulfill. Those Fashion Partners are listed in the table directly below this paragraph. Their shipping rates are provided via a hyperlink directly beneath their product descriptions.

UK, France, Germany and Spain orders: USD $79 Flat Rate
International orders are shipped DDU “Delivered Duties Unpaid” and international customers will be responsible for the payment of any additional associated duties and taxes. Himelhoch’s has no control over these charges and cannot predict what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country-to-country. Please contact your local customs office for current charges.
Shipping and Warranties
We are unable to ship to PO, APO, and/or FPO boxes.
All items purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Himelhoch or any Himelhoch’s Fashion Partners. Title to the items purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such items, passes to you when Himelhoch’s or any Himelhoch’s Fashion Partner delivers these items to the carrier.
Inventory Errors
The inventory stored at our designers' warehouses is dynamic. We work diligently with them for accuracy on our website. If an item is unable to ship, we will immediately refund the purchase price to the customer; this customer refund is the limit of our liability in this situation.
